Zolez Asian Colada (Coconut Lychee)

Southeast Asia meets the Caribbean in this Asian inspired cocktail. Coconuts, Lychees and Zolez Blanco.

Ingredients
- 1 (20-ounce) can of whole, peeled lychees in heavy syrup (drained and 1 tablespoon heavy syrup reserved)
- 8 ounces full-fat coconut milk
- 4 ounces pure coconut water
- 5 ounces Zolez rum
- 5-6 large ice cubes, plus more for serving
lime wedges, for garnishing
Mixology
- Combine the drained and peeled lychees, 1 tablespoon of the reserved heavy syrup, coconut milk, coconut water, rum, and ice cubes in a blender. Puree until smooth.
- Pour over crushed ice or additional ice cubes, and garnish with lime wedges. Serve immediately.
- This drink can actually be made a few hours in advance and kept in a container in the fridge. Shake well before serving (however, it will not have that frozen texture).
