Zolez Caribbean Punch Cocktail
Serves 1
Hoist one to the skull and bones. Arrr!
Ingredients
- 2 oz Zolez Anejo (or Zolez Dorado)
- Juice of half a lime
- splash Pineapple juice
- splash Grapefruit juice
- dash Bitters
- 2 oz Club soda
- Garnish: 1 Grated nutmeg and cherries
- Glass: Tall
Mixology
- Add all the ingredients except the soda to a shaker and fill with ice.
- Shake gently and strain into a tall glass filled with fresh ice.
- Top with the soda and garnish with grated nutmeg and cherries.
