Tradition
Ron Zolez is the award winning Caribbean aged rum hand crafted from the Dominican Republic on the island of Hispaniola. Our name is derived from the fusion of indigenous Taino cultures and Spanish meaning “golden sun”. Ron Zolez, the best in the island’s tradition representing the revived Taino beverage customs from the region and Spanish rum making. We symbolize the everlasting cycle between the sun, sugarcane and rum. Ron Zolez.
Taste
Our small batch, craft distilled varietals is aged in white American oak barrels, giving it a rich golden color and luscious smooth finish. You will notice the strong wood notes, subtle hints of ripe fruits, toasted notes of honey and caramel and the sweetness of single island sourced freshly cut sugar cane.

ZOLEZ MAMAJUANA BOTANICAL
Mamajuana, created by the island’s original habitants, is a traditional Dominican herbal beverage. The Taino ancestors were the first to experiment and perfect it in following local traditional botanical recipes. We have created a rum spirit that makes us proud of such heritage. Submitted through the Zolez maceration method and following a strict selection process of roots, leaves and premium spices the Mamajuana Spiced is our most celebrated hand crafted rum.
Our Zolez Mamajuana Spiced rum has won two consecutive silver medals at the 2016 New York World Wine & Spirits and 2017 Melbourne International Spirits Competitions.
ZOLEZ DORADO
From the best sugar molasses, this splendid rum is aged in specially selected white American oak barrels. We bring you our golden rum, with whispering chocolate notes, smooth, deep and rich in taste. Zolez Dorado, perfect for enjoying neat or mixed.
This premium rumbullion has won two consecutive gold medals at the 2016 New York World Wine & Spirits and 2017 Melbourne International Spirits Competitions.
ZOLEZ BLANCO
From the island’s historical region producing the finest sugarcane in the Dominican Republic we have created our white rum – unadulterated, select, and unique. With hints of vanilla, Zolez Blanco, an exceptional experience neat or mixed, will awaken your rum taste buds instantly.
Zolez Blanco rum has won silver medals at the 2016 New York World Wine & Spirits and bronze at 2017 Melbourne International Spirits Competitions.
ZOLEZ ANEJO
Zolez has developed a desirable and seductive aged Anejo rum. Our master blender has meticulously selected and appointed the best of our aged stock of up to 26 years using our distinctive Solera process. Warm, golden amber in color, after being aged in American oak Barrels, the Zolez ageing process has produced a premium first class rum.
Winning both silver at the 2016 New York World Wine & Spirits competition and Double Gold at the 2017 Melbourne International Spirits Competition, Zolez Anejo is a small batch production of 3500 bottles set for release in fall 2017.
In addition to winning Dominican Republic Rum of the Year, Ron Zolez has secured multiple awards winning double gold for our Anejo in 2017 Melbourne International Sprits Competition, also wining gold, silver and bronze for our Dorado, Mamajuana Spiced, and Blanco varieties.
In 2016 Ron Zolez was awarded at the New York World & Wine Spirits Competition – Gold, Dorado; Silver each for Anejo, Mamajuana Spiced and Blanco.

Our natural process allows us to obtain a rum with excellent quality. Zolez offers a unique tasting experience for enthusiasts and connoisseurs alike. It can be sipped neat or used in premium cocktails, making it perfect for every occasion.

ZOLEZ Rumhattan
Serves 1
Ingredients
1 Maple plank
2 oz Zolez Anejo ( or Zolez Dorado)3⁄4 oz Bénédictine
3⁄4 oz Fernet-Branca
1 dash Angostura bitters
1 dash Regans’ Orange Bitters No. 6
1 dash Smoked mezcal bitters
Glass: Rocks
Mixology
Char the maple plank with the flame from a blowtorch,
Then cover the smoking surface with the glass so the smoke coats the inside of the glass with the maple aromatic.
Add all of ingredients to the smoked glass with one large ice cube, and stir to combine.
ZOLEZ Brooklyn Burro
Serves 1
Ingredients
2 ounces Zolez Dorado 3-Year Rum
1⁄2 ounce ginger syrup
1⁄2 ounce pineapple juice
1⁄2 ounce lime juice
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Glass: Short
Mixology
Shake and strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
Top with soda.
Garnish with a lime wheel and a ginger candy.
